USC vs. Ohio State in 3D

According to our source at Pixar Animation, (and our recent Crayola post) 3D is undoubtedly the future of all media. We have already seen a few sports games broadcast in 3D including last year’s Chargers-Raiders game, but nothing as big as this year’s USC-Ohio State game (yes, we realize the BCS game was in 3D last year and we stand by the remark). The best part though is that the tickets to the event are FREE! You just have to know who to talk to, luckily USC beat writer Gary Klein came through in the clutch and you can get the times and locations here.

The New Big Shot Bob

We have all gone to those basketball games where one lucky fans gets a chance a bunch of money if they can hit a half court shot. Sometimes I began to doubt if there was ever even a check because no one ever made the shot…until now. One lucky USC student hit the half court shot and instantly became $165,000 richer at Monday night’s Laker game at Stapler Center. More on Robert Ward’s amazing shot here.

Rey Maualuga gets his groove on

After winning the award for best defensive player in the nation and dominating in the Rose Bowl, Rey Maualuga decided to show the sexy, sports reporter Erin Andrews his moves. Congrats to USC on another fantastic season and congrats to Rey for doing what so many sports fans have wanted to do for a long time.

Team Snacks.

With Freshtoid’s growing popularity, the perks are really rolling in.  First came Kota, and now Team Snacks.  Team Snacks are tortilla chips in your favorite college sports team’s colors.
